It's almost the end of February, and love-day (Feb 14th) has officially melted our hearts once again with all the reds and pink-themed shenanigans. But wait, there's just one more. The 3rd annual PINK PARTY, hosted by The Fat Jew. The event took place on February 23rd from 3pm to 7pm, inside a warehouse at spot in Brooklyn called Villain.
Getting into the party took some time. Although I was closer to the front, the lines formed by the general ticket holders grew 3 to 4 blocks in length, possibly more as we waited for the VIP to enter first. Once inside, I'm greeted by brand ambassadors with smiles, pink draperies, beach-themed setups, blow-up dolls, and a costume character. Issa indoor summer pool party, bikinis were encouraged.
Beats were provided by DJ Mazurbate and DIPLO, stationed from the back of a pink ford bronco in the middle of the party...lit! The party had open bar drinks by BABE (choice of rosé, grigio, or red) I went with red @drinkbabe • a makeup station by tart cosmetics @tartcosmetics • essentia water @essentiawater • and warm cheese melts by the MELT SHOP @meltshop.
My weekend was made. A four hour long summer pool party indoors while it's still winter out, yes please. Thanks to all the vendors and staff for making this another great event. Oh, and thanks for the swag bag. I'll be adding it to my collection :)
