"Summer like you're on vacation" is the tagline for STELLA ARTOIS'S latest popup experience in New York. The brand took over sections of the pier at One 15 Brooklyn Marina, and the North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place in Manhattan; offering 15-20 minute cruise along the east river, aboard a european-style luxury river boat that seats up to 4 guests.
Attendees had the option to choose which pier they wanted to depart from, via a ticketing system on a first come basis on Stella's website. The event lasted from July 30th to August 2nd, 4pm to 8pm each day. Once guests arrived, they're greeted by brand ambassadors dressed in red pants, and striped stella branded shirts (super cute).
On the Brooklyn side, the setup was cute. Guests received ice-cold beer upon arrival, serenaded by a live band playing what sounded like french music, all surrounded by white-framed, tent-like decor with pops of red. On the Manhattan side, guests also received drinks and light bites, while lounging aboard a stella branded yacht.
The overall experience was fun, refreshing, and a much needed mini european-inspired vacation along the east river riviera.
